| Description:
Provide administrative support to the HR Director and the HR Team. 2 years of administrative support experience in HR or related field. Provide administrative support to the HR Director and HR Team with a variety of HR functions including but not limited to maintenance of the employee records and files, assisting with the new hire orientation process, website/internet updates, screening /processing resumes/applications, handling benefits processing, report generation and various special projects. Perform general receptionist duties, such as answering phones, assisting applicants, greeting customers, updates the weekly job line and job postings. Job functions may be modified as necessary and miscellaneous duties may be added as required. Ability to handle multiple tasks and able to handle a heavy volume of work in a fast paced environment. Must be flexible and resourceful, and able to hit the ground running. Requires a high degree of initiative, must be detailed oriented, excellent customer service and follow through skills. Good communication skills written and oral. Excellent organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills and can interact with all levels of employees. Computer proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
