Title: Product Support Engineer

Education: Bachelors Degree
Years of Experience Required: 3-5
Description: Teledyne is seeking a Product Support Engineer who will be responsible for 2nd line support of TC products. This person must understand product(s) assigned and become the focal for all technical enquiries from customers or TC Field Engineers covering installation, operation, training and documentation. Job Duties: • Direct technical support to customers via email or telephone. • Provide engineering support to Repair Station. • Troubleshooting and diagnosis of customer issues. • Onsite support to customers as required. • Provide training for internal and external customers in-house and at customer sites. • Support to Sales as necessary. Job Requirements: • Bachelor degree in Engineering or Aeronautical discipline or equivalent. • 3 to 5 years experience in a relevant/related position. • Must be familiar with FAA Repair Station. • Good communication skills ( verbal and written). • Proficient in computer tools/programs (Email, Microsoft Office suite), fax and telephone.
