Description: Teledyne Electronic Safety Products is seeking to add a Manufacturing Supervisor to the Operations team. Principle job responsibility is providing immediate supervision of manufacturing personnel which includes: assigning, coordination and supervising the daily activities of assemblers and technicians in multiple product cells to a predetermined production schedule. Responsibility include but are not limited to maintaining productions schedules and logs for different products, providing training to subordinates as needed and interacting with other departments to achieve company goals. Ideal candidates will possess 5 years of supervising experience in an electronic manufacturing company involved in military contracts. An Associates degree is desired, preferable in electronics. Must be very familiar with IPC-Class 3 workmanship standard and digital circuits. Must posses proficient computer skills including heavy usage of MS Office. Candidate should be familiar with soldering stations, thermal chambers, ovens, microscopes, and other production equipment. Candidate must possess strong reasoning, analytical, comprehension and communication skills (both oral and written). Must be able to lift and move up to 25 pounds. Candidate must be a US person.
