Description: Teledyne Electronic Safety Products in Chatsworth California is seeking a Quality Inspector for electronic circuit cards and final assemblies. The person will be inspecting solder joints for thru hole and surface mount meeting the standard IPC-A-610. The person will be performing inspections at all stages of manufacturing, from receiving inspection, in-process inspection, and final inspection. Inspections will also require the use of calipers and hole gauges for machined parts. Requirements: Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years experience in electronics inspection, a high school (or equivalent) diploma, knowledge/understanding of solder joint inspection, and familiarity with IPC-A-610. Candidate must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and able to use calipers, microscopes, and computer literate. Must be a US person.
