Description: The purpose of this job is to provide technician assistance in the characterization/development of new and existing components including amplifiers, mixers, detectors, subsystems, etc. Provide engineering support for new product development. 5 to 10 years experience required in the area of RF/Microwave measurements, amplifier tuning, mixers, filters, oscillators, detector and integrated assembly alignment. Ability to lift 20 to 30 lbs. Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills. Able to ready schematics. Familiar with load pull testing, gain testing, noise figure, power testing, intermodulation testing, etc. Experienced in transferring product into production environment. Ability to use CAD tools such as MWO and AutoCad.
